Here are just some other sites of my interest. Some are (how do I put this) “public” web sites (like people use these sites everyday) others are “personal” web sites (meaning they’re personal web sites made by friends of mine). So, here are the sites:

www.calvinet.com - this is the web site of a friend of mine, who is actually the one who made this site possible. The name for this site: Calvinet.

http://www.alarm-photos.calvinet.com/main.php - Same owner as the site above, but he just decided to make a seperate fire alarms site apart from the main one. No official site name.

http://policescanners.calvinet.com/ - a VERY good friend of mine who is the administrator of the forum that he created. We share many interests, and this is no exception (for the most part). So, the site name for this site is Police Scanner Forums.

http://www.azman798.calvinet.com/ - This site went down for quite a while, but it’s back up now! This site is all fire alarms. Site name: FireNet.

http://www.angelfire.com/weird2/firealarmsct/ - another personal web site, and another friend of mine. Again, this is a fire alarms-only site. Site name: Dan’s Fire Alarm Site.

http://www.cjf1616.calvinet.com/ - Once a developed website, now just a photo gallery site, consisting of not only fire alarms, but security stuff too! Again, another friend of mine, and again, no site name.

http://www.alarmcentral.calvinet.com/ - another friend who not only collects fire alarms, but sells them too. Site name: Alarm Central.

http://zsk8r114.calvinet.com/ - yet another friend who’s site not only evolves around fire alarms, but surfing too, although, there’ no surfing things on there right now. Nonetheless, the site name is Surf Site.

http://www.schuminweb.com/ - you may have heard about this person somewhere online. His personal site is most famous one I know of. He is the one that got me into collecting fire alarms (he didn’t suggest it, just just picked the idea up from his site). Site name: The Schumin Web.

http://www.phpbbcity.com/forum/index.php?mforum=2t22
- Another friend of mine. This site, however, is just a forum, but it’s a forum about whatever you want it to be. Thus, the site name is Talk About Anything!

http://www.rxrsignals.net/ - not a fire alarm site, but a railroad crossing site. This guy has a bunch of pictures of railroad crossing signals, and like me collecting fire alarms, he’s got a small collection of railroad crossing signal parts, and even knows people that have full-blown railroad crossing signals in their yard! Site name: Mike’s Railroad Crossing Web site. BTW: I do not know this person...

That’s it for the personal web sites. Now for the “public” ones:

www.ebay.com - this is where I get all my fire alarms from. I’m POSITIVE you’ve heard of this site before - there’s millions of things to buy and bid on in here. Site name: eBay.

www.youtube.com - create your own vids and upload them on here for everyone to see. Get ratings and compliments from people you don’t know (or it could be possible that you do know them). Site name: YouTube. As you can expect, the reason I put that link on here was because I’m a user on YouTube. Given that fact, here’s my channel!

www.putfile.com - the address says all. Need a place to host pic, and media? Here it is! Name: Putfile.

www.foxnews.com - quite possibly the best online news web site ever. You can find lots of “serious” stuff on here, and yet, you can find some “idiotic” stuff. Site name: foxnews.com

http://www.golden-road.net/modules/news/ - this was hard to classify, but I’ll put it here because it isn’t a “personal” one, as in, operated by one person. This site is a MUST for all of you (The) Price is Right ((T)PiR) fans. It’s got show recaps, photos (most are “behind the scenes”), forums, and MUCH more. Of all of the PiR web sites out there, this one is DEFINITELY #1. Site name: Golden-Road.net

www.yahoo.com - this site has EVERYTHING. Google is fast in catching up, but they don’t have a lot of stuff that Yahoo has, so for my last “public” link, I’m posting yahoo.com. Site name: Yahoo.com.

www.albany.edu - finally, this is the college I attend. The site doesn’t have a name, however, the college itself does, of course: The University At Albany. Also known as SUNY Albany or UAlbany.

There you go!
