Well, we set sail overnight, so for the whole day we were stuck on board the ship. Plus, it ended up raining outside, so we were limited to indoor facilities on the ship, which wasn’t really a problem. But, the swaying of the ship once again took its toll on my mom, as she were seasick, even with the patch she wore, so she was in her cabin just about all day. However, she was able to come out of her cabin for a lunch with the rest of our adult group. Here’s a pic from that, although, it’s just the ceiling. I took this because we were not in the same dining room as we were before:

After lunch, we went our separate ways again. My dad and I headed to the casino again for a little bit, to try and see if I could make up for all that I lost the light before. After a while, we called it quits for the time being. After that, I just hung around the ship, and took more pictures:

The pic on the left is of an orchestra they had in the main lobby. The pic on the right is of the entrance to the casino. I didn’t take any pics of inside the casino, because I didn’t want people to think I was cheating in some way.

I then went back to the cabin and started to pack up a bit. My dad and I then watched the NASCAR race (Nextel Cup), as it was the first one of the year. My dad left pretty close to the end of it, because he wanted to eat dinner in the restaurant. Before he left, we decided to meet in the casino around 7:30. I decided as soon as the race was over, I was going to into the buffet room and get some pizza, as they have a 24-hour pizza and ice cream station there. Well, the race lasted so long, I didn’t have time to eat, and I instead just went into the casino and met up w/ my dad.

I’ll tell ya, my dad was on fire that night! The most noticeable moment of the night was that he had 6 out of 7 blackjacks in a row, and of the one blackjack he didn’t have, he split the cards he had and ended up w/ 21! He walked away w/ a fortune! Well, not really, but quite a bit of money!

My dad decided to quit while he was ahead (that and before security decided to throw him out ;)) and we headed to a lounge where they were having a karyoke sing. And, another one of the people we went with (Mrs. Fusco) signed up for a song that night. Here is a photo of her singing:

And here is a video of her singing. Listen to her hit those high notes! BTW, the song is "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen.

Well, after this, I cashed out, and proceeded to my cabin to finish packing. I tried to shave, but not only could I not find my shaving stuff (it was packed in one of the many suitcases we had), but I actually locked myself out of my cabin! I was already in my shorts, and I just went next door to my parents’ cabin to look in there, but the swaying of the ship swung the door of my cabin shut, thus locking me out. I had to wait until my cousin came back (which was some unknown amount of time later) and ask her to let me in (providing she still had her key - she lost one earlier). But, still, no luck, so I just went on my dad’s laptop, and then afterwards, packed it up, as it was our last night on the ship, and then went to bed.

Again, it wasn’t a very active day, but being stuck on the ship, there wasn’t a whole lot to do.
